Sport Specific
We are currently offering Football and Basketball Sport Specific Training. Football will be once a week - 2 hour sessions starting with film study, dynamic warm up, then straight into fundamentals. The program is broken down into 90 day cycles leading up to the beginning of the season. Again, this is a fundamentals and technique program, not a team practice. We will comply with all C.I.F., Junior All American, and Pop Warner mandates and rules. The goal here is to work on personal improvment and conditioning so when the coaches take over in August, they can get right to work. All sessions are in half-shells and there is light contact. Basketball will be addressed as the season winds down and athletes have a clear idea of where they need to be for next year. Session will be run during the season if there is an interest by the athletes to do so.

Speed and Agility will be run in the mornings starting Dec.1st .

The football skills and conditioning program is Saturdays at 8 am. Half shells and helmets.You must be scheduled and cleared to attend.

There will be an Introduction to Youth Quarterback class available in December. This class will focus on the skills needed at the younger ages to excel at this position.
